Caroline Johnstone (Caz) was a 17 year old student of The Bishops Stortford High School studying for her “A” levels who hoped to go to Newcastle University to study English Language.

On June 6th 2008 while with friends at a night club she collapsed and despite the prompt attendance of the medical services she was never able to regain consciousness and her parents took the agonising decision to turn off her life support. She died peacefully on June 12th 2008.

Her death, which to this day has never been properly explained, touched so many people.

All net proceeds from Cazfest go towards raising awareness of heart risk in young people to help finance heart screening for sixth form students in Hertfordshire & Essex.
